Worm and wheel gears

MTI Motion produces conventional ratio worm and worm-wheel transmission parts. We can manufacture the worm gear plain-turned, polished or hardened and ground, and the wheel in the same or mixed material as the application dictates. We can design a drive in-house for non-conventional shaft angles (standard is a 90-degree right angle) or with reverse feature if required. We manufacture to a line drawing or solid model.
