President

Bill joined MTI Motion in November 2022, as President, following his time as COO at Martin UAV. He also held leadership roles with L3/Harris, Textron Systems and Northrop Grumman and has more than 25 years of experience in Air Force, Army, Navy and National Airborne & Ground C4/ISR Systems.

He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a combat engineer for five years.

Bill has a general engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, an MS in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University and an Executive Certificate from Harvard Business School.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Karen and his three college-aged children, twin boys Erik and Zach and daughter Katie.
